I found myself drawn to Crossfit over 18 months ago at Red Rocks Crossfit. I have always liked a good challenge, and had desired to do something that would push me to limits I had not seen before, and boy did Crossfit do that, and more. Over the past year and a half, my overall fitness has increased significantly (endurance, condition, and strength), and to-date I have lost over 90 pounds; almost at goal!!! A big shout to Coach Paul (and all the coaches that have helped me), and to all the fellow box rats for their support and encouragement throughout my journey; I’m a little quiet, but I appreciate each and every one of you tremendously. I also give thanks to God who has put this desire and passion in my heart.
